Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins


3  bananas, mashed

1 cup sugar

½ cup butter, melted

¼ cup milk

2  eggs

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1 cup quick oats

1 cup chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350, and line a muffin tin with baking cups.

Use a fork to thoroughly mash the bananas.

Beat the mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, milk, and eggs until combined.

Add in the flour, baking soda, and salt, beating until thoroughly mixed.

Stir in the oats and chocolate chips.

Use a large ice cream scoop to fill each baking cup with the batter.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
