Basic Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:
2 whole wheat sandwich thins
2 eggs
thinly sliced white cheddar cheese
pepper and garlic salt, to taste

Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine one egg, pepper, and garlic salt. 
Mix thoroughly.
Place two thin slices of cheese in with the egg.
Pour the egg mixture into one of the fry rings, and repeat with the second egg.
Cook over medium heat until the eggs are fully cooked. 
Place the egg on one side of the sandwich thin, and place two thin slices of cheese on the other side of the bread.
