Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Pasta

1 chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
1 heaping cup of broccoli florets, chopped
2 cups bow tie pasta
1 1/3 cups milk
4 tbsp flour
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded
2 tbsp cream cheese
2/3 cup Mexican cheese
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Cook the chicken in a small skillet, and season with Mrs. Dash, to taste.
Cook the pasta according to package directions, and add the broccoli for the last 3 minutes.
While the pasta is cooking, begin making the cheese sauce by cooking the milk and flour over medium heat. 
Whisk until smooth, and just slightly thickened.
Add in the Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, Mexican cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, ground mustard, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, stirring frequently.
Drain the pasta and broccoli, and stir in the cheese sauce.
