Chewy Oat Bars

1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 cups Rice Krispies
2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 and line a 13x9 inch baking dish with foil and spray with cooking spray. 
Melt the butter in a large microwave safe bowl.
Whisk in the sugar, honey, flour, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Stir in the Rice Krispies, oats, peanut butter chips, and chocolate chips.
Spread the mixture into the pan, and use a piece of wax paper to press the mixture firmly into the pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Let cool in the pan for an hour, and then cut into rectangular bars.
