Chicken "Crack" Dip


1 pkg light cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup Buffalo sauce

3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cans shredded chicken

parsley, for garnish


Preheat oven to 350°F. 

Place the cream cheese into a deep baking dish and stir until smooth.

Mix in the ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and chicken.

Top with the remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and parsley.

Bake for 20 minutes, broiling for the final 2 minutes so the cheese bubbles.

Serve with tortilla chips.
