Ingredients: 1 1/4 cups butter, softened 2 cups sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla 2 cups flour 3/4 cup cocoa 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 10oz pkg peanut butter chips Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. Beat the butter and sugar in a large bowl until fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla, until fully incorporated. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Gradually add the flour mixture into the butter mixture, beating completely. Stir in the peanut butter chips. Use a large ice cream scoop to form balls of dough onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. |
