Crispy Baked Chicken Strips

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2/3 cup Bisquick mix
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 paprika
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp butter, melted

Preheat oven to 450.
Cut the chicken breasts into several strips.
In a large plastic bag, combine the Bisquick mix, cheese, garlic salt, and paprika. 
Dip each chicken strip in the egg, and then in the Bisquick mixture, and place on a greased, foiled lined baking sheet.
Drizzle the butter over the chicken, and bake for about 12 minutes, or until the center is no longer pink, turning halfway through.
