Jalapeno Burgers

2 hamburger patties
1 tbsp chopped jalapenos
salt and pepper, to season
olive oil
2 slices provolone cheese
2 hamburger buns
toppings as desired

Gently press 1/2 tbsp jalapenos into the top of each hamburger patty.
Lightly season each side of the patty with salt and pepper. 
Drizzle a small amount of olive oil in a skillet, and heat over medium heat until the oil begins to glisten.
Place the patties jalapeno side up in the pan, and cook for about 5 minutes, until the bottom starts to become golden.
Flip the patties with a spatula, and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Top each burger with a slice of cheese, place on a paper towel to drain. Toast the buns, and top with the burgers.
Top as desired and serve.
