Mint Cookies & Cream Ice Cream

1 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
pinch salt
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp vanilla
20 Cool Mint Oreos

In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, and salt, until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Stir in the heavy whipping cream and the vanilla.
Cover and refrigerate for about an hour.
Pour in your ice cream maker, according to the manufacturer's instructions. 
While the ice cream maker is churning, chop the Oreos into fine pieces
Pour the cookies in at the suggested time (about 5 minutes before you stop the ice cream maker, in most cases).
Freeze to desired thickness and serve.
