Peppermint Bark

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 tsp peppermint extract
10 peppermint candies, crushed

Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue melting and stirring in 30 second increments until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth, then stir in 1/2 tsp peppermint extract.
Line a baking sheet with foil, and spread the chocolate out in a thin layer. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Once the chocolate is set, melt the white chocolate chips in 30 second increments until smooth, then stir in the remaining peppermint extract.
Spread the white chocolate over the semisweet chocolate layer, then sprinkle with the crushed peppermints.
Return to the freezer for 10-20 minutes, or until solid. Use a large knife to cut the bark into pieces.
