Peppermint Bark Popcorn

Ingredients:
1 bag popcorn, popped (I used a simply salted all natural kind)
1 (11.5 oz) bag white chocolate chips
25 peppermint candies, crushed

Instructions:
Pop the popcorn according to package directions and put in a large bowl.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for a minute and a half on half power, stirring after 1 minute.
Stir the crushed peppermints into the white chocolate.
Pour the white chocolate over the popcorn and stir to cover completely.
Spread the popcorn onto a pan lined with foil and allow to cool.
