Poppy Seed Chicken

1 can shredded chicken
1 can heart healthy cream of chicken soup
8oz plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 sleeve Ritz crackers

Preheat oven to 350, and lightly coat a casserole dish with cooking spray.
Combine the chicken, soup, Greek yogurt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a medium sized bowl. 
Add in 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds and 1/2 sleeve of Ritz crackers, then stir to combine.
Spread the mixture in the prepared casserole dish.
Top with the remaining poppy seeds and Ritz crackers.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
