Ingredients: 1 tube Pillsbury pizza crust 15 slices salami, thinly cut 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese 1 tbsp butter garlic powder, to taste Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with foil and roll out the pizza crust dough. Top the crust with the pieces of salami, about 3 per row. Sprinkle the cheese over the salami. Carefully roll up, starting with the long side, and pinch the ends to seal. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown. Melt the butter in a bowl and add in as much garlic powder as desired. Brush the garlic butter over the top of the crust. Slice and serve. |
