Spinach and Feta Chicken Quesadillas

4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
5 oz frozen spinach, thawed
2 tortillas
2 oz feta cheese
1/2 cup shredded chicken

In a small bowl, stir the garlic powder, salt, and pepper into the cream cheese.
Divide the cream cheese mixture between the two tortillas and spread in a thin layer.
Top each tortilla with the spinach, chicken, and feta cheese.
Fold the tortilla over and place in a small skillet. Cook over medium heat, about 3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown on each side.
