Swiss Cake Rolls

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
3/4 cup light brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 container whipped vanilla frosting

Preheat oven to 325.
Line a 9x13 baking pan with foil and spray generously with the cooking spray.
Melt both chocolate chips and the butter in a medium sauce pan over medium-low heat.
Remove from heat, and whisk both sugars into the chocolate mix.
Add in the eggs, one at a time and then add in the vanilla. Whisk until combined.
Stir in the flour and the salt until thoroughly mixed.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool completely, and cut into squares.
Place a brownie in between two sheets of wax paper.
Use a rolling pin to flatten the brownie.
Spread the frosting on the brownie, and use the wax paper to tightly roll the brownie.
