Triple Cheese Flatbread

2 cups Bisquick mix
1/2 cup hot water
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 450.
Mix the Bisquick mix and hot water until a stiff dough forms. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Place dough on a surface lightly sprinkled with Bisquick. Roll the dough in the Bisquick to coat, then shape into a ball and knead until smooth.
Pat the dough into a 12-inch square on an ungreased baking sheet. 
Brush the melted butter across the top of the dough.
In a small bowl, combine all cheeses, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Cut into pieces.
